3-Year Limited-Term Appointment in Mathematics

King’s University College at Western University

King’s University College at Western University, a Catholic Liberal Arts College, situated on the traditional territories of the Anishnaabek, Haudenosawnee, Lenaapewak, and Attawandaron Peoples (now called London, Ontario), invites applications for a 3-year limited-term appointment in Mathematics at the rank of Assistant Professor, effective July 1, 2021, subject to budgetary approval.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Data Science, Mathematics orrelated. The successful candidate will teach introductory mathematics courses and operations research. Demonstrated evidence of high-quality teaching at the university level in classroom and virtual environments, curating and/or producing digital learning resources and assessments using a range of tools and technologies from course design through to delivery will be an asset.

A research agenda in areas aligned with economics, finance, data analytics, operations research, management, other social sciences is an asset. Service work may include course coordination and assistance with creation of new courses.
